A Comedy of Errors" - Short story

"The Chronicles of a Slightly Forgetful Guy:
A Comedy of Errors"

Meet Guna, a lovable but slightly scatterbrained guy who can't seem to get his act together. His day starts like any other, but quickly descends into chaos due to a series of hilarious mishaps.
First, Guna realizes he's forgotten his phone charger at home. "No big deal," he thinks, "I'll just use my backup... oh wait, I don't have one.
" He's now stuck with a dead phone and a long day ahead. He tries to remember where he last saw his charger, but his brain is a blank slate.
He's starting to feel like a character in a sitcom, minus the laugh track.
As he's getting dressed, he notices he's wearing mismatched socks. "Who cares?" he shrugs, "It's not like I'm meeting the Queen today.
" But little does he know, his funky footwear will become a conversation starter later.
His coworker, Raghul, can't help but giggle when she sees his bright red and blue striped socks.
"Nice socks, Guna!" she teases. Guna looks down, realizing his mistake, and chuckles along with her.
Next, Guna heads to the bathroom to brush his teeth, only to find he's left the cap off the toothpaste... again.
"Seriously, how hard is it to put the cap back on?" he mutters to himself.
He's now faced with a glob of toothpaste oozing out of the tube like a miniature volcano. He tries to screw the cap back on, but it's too late.
Toothpaste is now covering the sink, his shirt, and even the mirror.
But the pièce de résistance is when Guna puts his keys in the fridge.
Yes, you read that right. He's not sure what he was thinking, maybe he wanted to keep them cool?

Now his keys are chilling alongside last week's leftovers. He's starting to feel like he's lost his mind.
To top it all off, Guna forgets to buy milk on his way home from work.
His cereal will have to go dry tonight, a tragedy of epic proportions.
He walks in the door, exhausted from his chaotic day, and heads straight for the fridge to grab a snack.
That's when he remembers he's out of milk. "Seriously?!" he exclaims, throwing his hands up in the air.
Despite his best efforts, Guna's day has been a series of ridiculous misadventures. But hey, at least he's consistent, right?
As he reflects on his mistakes, he can't help but laugh at his own absurdity.
"Well, that was a day," he chuckles, shaking his head. "Tomorrow has to be better... right?"
But as he's drifting off to sleep, he realizes he's forgotten to set his alarm. Again.

The Next Day
Guna wakes up late, feeling groggy and disoriented.
He rushes to get dressed, but realizes he's out of clean clothes.
He's forced to wear the same mismatched socks from the day before.
Raghul notices them again and bursts out laughing.
"Guna, you're starting to make a statement with those socks!"
Guna's day is off to a rocky start, but he's determined to turn it around.
He makes a to-do list, checks it twice, and sets reminders on his phone (which he's finally charged).
He's determined to stay on track and avoid any more mishaps.
But as he's walking to work, he spills coffee all over his shirt. Again.
"Seriously?!" he exclaims, throwing his hands up in the air. "Can't a guy catch a break?"
Despite the chaos that seems to follow him everywhere, Guna can't help but laugh at his own misadventures.
He's learning to roll with the punches and find the humor in his mistakes.
And who knows, maybe one day he'll even remember to buy milk.
